    Your main duties and responsibilities:

  • You are proactive, highly analytical, and solution oriented.
  • You are a strategist with a strong sense of sales. You have extensive experience in B2B sales of technical concepts (“consultative selling”) and are an excellent relationship builder.
  • You develop new products together with the customer according to World Class Manufacturing Standards (APQP, ISO TS, Lean manufacturing).
  • You are the link between truck manufacturers and the global CentroMotion organization across all disciplines and levels.

  • You work closely with Sales Application Engineers, Sales Support Managers, Project Managers, and Product Managers, ensuring they can succeed independently with and for your customers.
  • You are responsible for proactively identifying opportunities with existing OEM customers and converting them into long-term collaborations and contracts.
  • You lead and coordinate complex commercial negotiations at management level within the global account team.
  • Our customers we currently serve are: Volvo, Scania, MAN, Daimler, DAF, and Iveco.

What will you do?

Your working area is global, with a main focus on Europe. Your customers are leading European truck manufacturers like Volvo Trucks, for whom you act as strategic relationship manager and add value on behalf of our CentroMotion brands. You work from our office in Oldenzaal or partly from home, and spend about 20% of your time traveling. The rest of the time you are in contact with our (global) internal stakeholders who, together with you, develop new products for and with your clients, mostly at management level. You are the voice of the customer within our global organization. Together with the global account team, you create strategic account plans and participate in international, multidisciplinary projects.

What do you need?

• A bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Technology, Business Administration, MER, or Economics with demonstrable affinity for technology (professionally or personally).

• At least 5 years of experience managing large international accounts.

• A team player who can collaborate in multidisciplinary, global projects.

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; German and/or Swedish is a plus.

• Persuasive, successful in a global international support organization, and willing to travel.

• Experience working in a multicultural environment is definitely an advantage!
